One of the places in North bay for food

I had to give it 1 * as it's the only way to leave review very displeased at what I just picked up. I ordered 4 pogos and a large poutine I picked up my order got home missing part of my order they put something else in there and then the Pogo's very Grease very displeased don't know whats going wit them . i did call them and they said that they wood make it right . But I am too mad to go back hopefully things go back to the way they were before. Can't eat it

I visited this restaurant for the first time. The older women preparing the food had little food safety experience or training. She bare-handed everything in sight from raw meat to sandwich toppings. I am very sensitive to bacteria and not surprised that I spent the night in the bathroom.

Half grocery store and half diner. I can understand why it's so popular with Pine Hill locals.I just ate there for the 3rd day straight, and might do again tomorrow.Forget the $22 abonination that is the Crown and Beaver burger. Don't bother with Burger World. This is straight up the best burger in town.

Miss living in the neighbourhood. The Pinewood was our Go-To. Today our kids still ask to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Love the people and love the food...oh ya, anything your forgot, you can get there as well.

Been going here since I was a kid. Some of the best burgers and fries I've had. There's nowhere else in town that is quite as authentically North Bay. Staff are amazing and customer service has and will always been 10/10. The place has not changed in the 20 some years that I've been going there. Pinehill has outlasted the other old school joints in North Bay and for good reason.

A great hidden treasure that most of the neighbourhood people keep secret. Awesome breakfast.

The customer service in the convenience store is severely lacking. I don't know about the food as I've never tried it but the service I received from the customer service rep behind the counter was bad. Nothing but bad attitude. I'm all for supporting local businesses but in this case I'm going next door to Circle K.

Used to get breakfast here every weekend, staff is friendly and portions are a good size. Stopped coming so often because eating so much bacon was bad for my waistline lol.Got a smaller breakfast this morning, but again, the staff was super friendly.
